To ensure the best experience and value, the access to our home’s bedrooms and bathrooms is tailored to the size of your group:

Groups up to 4 Guests
You will have exclusive access to the Main House, featuring:
• 3 Bedrooms and 2.5 Bathrooms.
• Note: Starting July 2026, the Main House will feature 3 full bathrooms.

Groups of 5 to 7 Guests
You will have access to the Main House plus an additional guest room located at the side of the property:
• 4 Bedrooms total and 3.5 Bathrooms.
• Note: Starting July 2026, this configuration will feature 4 full bathrooms.

Groups of 8 to 9 Guests
You will have full access to the entire estate, including the Main House, the side guest room, and the front studio:
• 5 Bedrooms total and 4.5 Bathrooms.
• Note: Starting July 2026, the entire property will feature 5 full bathrooms.

Need more space than the amount of rooms we make available for your group? Just ask and we can for sure work something out.

Good to know: Regardless of the group size, you will always have the entire property to yourselves.
