We also offer grocery services, ensuring your villa is stocked with essentials and treats before you arrive (a small fee applies).

We can also assist with bookings for guided tours, sailing trips, and sunset dinner cruises. Additionally, as our guest, you’ll receive exclusive discounts from our partners on car rentals and diving equipment rentals.

Our cancellation policy aims to provide clarity and flexibility. To cancel a reservation, please contact us in writing via email or other confirmed communication. Our policy is as follows:

• More than 45 Days Before Check-In: If you cancel more than 45 days before your check-in date, 60% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
• Within 45 Days of Check-In: For cancellations within 45 days of check-in, no refunds will be issued.

Please note that 40% of the total paid amount is non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing. We recommend securing travel insurance if you are concerned about unforeseen changes to your plans.

Check-out typically takes place just 30 minutes before you leave for the airport, giving you maximum comfort until your departure.

To ensure a pleasant experience for all, we ask that guests observe a few simple guidelines. Occupancy limits for each villa are noted on our website, and guests should confirm in advance if they wish to bring pets, as pet policies vary by property.
