Villa Tortuga was my choice from Palm Villas. I thoroughly enjoyed the house, and above all the service from Jan and Alexandra. Excellent. I would give the house and the service combined 10 stars, but unfortunately only 5 is possible. See you soon!

I’ve had a great experience with this long-term rental agency from start to finish. A special thank you to Alexandra for her exceptional care and support — she was always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and make everything smooth and stress-free. She was like a friend throughout the whole experience, which made such a difference and made me feel truly supported. It’s rare to find this level of personal attention and dedication. It was a fabulous experience! The studio has a great porch for having coffee and enjoying the sunrise. Everything was very clean and the management did an excellent job making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We look forward to coming back in the years ahead.

We feel incredibly lucky to have been introduced to the amazing people at Bonaire's Palm Villas. Renting our villa came with many important considerations, and of course the occasional issues which naturally arise with any substantial property (gardens, pool, apartment, and of course tenant needs). Jan, Alexandra & team have been absolutely exemplary at all of it, promptly addressing any and all concerns for all parties. We simply couldn't be any happier with our experience!

We loved Villa Bon Bonaire, and we loved the property managers, Alexandra and Jan. We had nine people in our group and were able to spread out on the spacious property so we never felt crowded. The property is well suited for scuba divers with rinse tanks, several clothes lines and a lovely pool to relax in after a full day of diving. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and dishes, and we also enjoyed using the grill. There is a TV that we could play our dive videos on, WiFi, and responsive property managers for any questions we had. This was our sixth visit to this house, and it certainly will not be our last!

We had a wonderful stay. From the pickup at the airport to the drop off at the end of the week and everything in between. The #2 unit was perfect for our needs and the washing machine was a god send after being on the travel for 3 weeks. This location is very walkable into town to eat once or twice a day. The kitchen was well equipped if you felt like staying in. Pool was wonderful. We made many friends during our week there. Would highly recommend this location and management

Palm Villas and Jan specifically were tremendous to partner with on my recent trip to Bonaire. jan met me at the villa and made sure I understood everything about the villa and the area. I travel quite a lot and it always makes a better experience when someone takes the time and care to ensure a great experience. I will absolutely use Palm Villas for another visit. A wonderful experience all around.

Palm Villas managed my long term rental property, and they were phenomenal! Alexsandra was always quick to respond to any questions/issues with friendly support. Communication was always easy and clear, and consistent. I’ve been a long term renter around the world, and this was some of the best management I’ve ever had. After 6 years with other rental agencies on Bonaire, my last year was the best with them! I highly recommend working with Palm Villas, you will be treated exceptionally well. I am incredibly grateful to them, and sad to be leaving. If I come back, I’ll definitely be getting in touch with them! Thank you Palm Villas!

We stayed at Villa Bon Bonaire and had a fantastic time. Beautiful, clean, and well-equipped villa in a peaceful location. The private pool and outdoor space were perfect for relaxing. Just a short drive to beaches, restaurants, and dive spots.

Palm Villas made everything smooth and stress-free. They were quick to respond, super friendly, and clearly take pride in the homes they manage.

My wife and I just spent one month at a Penthouse unit and it was absolutely fantastic. Great amenities, two restaurants next door, easy access to the northern dive sites, and very quiet. We both worked remotely during our stay and the spacious accommodation, solid AC and internet, and the reliable appliances and well equipped kitchen made it all very easy and enjoyable.
The location is a bit removed from town, but still close enough that grocery shopping, or going to restaurants and dive sites, was not an inconvenience - for us it worked perfectly.
The hosts were accessible and helpful without being intrusive in any way. Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again.

Wow! What an incredible accommodation. It’s perfect for scuba divers, as there are dunk tanks for your gear, and lockers near by. Everything was very clean, and fully stocked for any at home cooking you need. Jan was very responsive and cordial. 10/10 would stay here again. If you’re a diver, this is an ideal lodging.

Alexandra & Jan were amazing hosts, from the moment my group arrived to the moment they departed, nothing was too much trouble and they were responsive to every need.

Upon arrival they were warm and welcoming to my group and left a beautiful basket of food a fridge stocked with refreshments. They checked in with the group during the week, responded quickly to a problem with a broken door during the stay, sending a repair man within the hour, and arranged for a mid-week clean for the villa.

I highly recommend Palm Villas. Whether you are a travel agent looking for a reassurance that your guests will be taken care of, or booking direct, you are in good hands with Alexandra & Jan.

Had a great experience with Alexandra and Jan from the very first moment. Good transfer from Flamingo Airport to the villa. Rental car was immediately available and in the event of a later problem with the pick-up, this was resolved immediately. Stay in the villa was excellent and Alexandra responded quickly to questions.
In short: an excellent experience and highly recommended to arrange your holiday on Bonaire through them. Thank you Alexandra and Jan!

We really enjoyed our stay at a villa managed by Palm Villas. Great space inside and out, clean with well stocked kitchen, AC in bedrooms, private and quiet but close location, and we loved the pool. Alexandra was very responsive and helpful throughout the trip. Would gladly stay with Palm Villas again!!
