Long Term Rentals

If you have found a villa that suits your needs, please send us an email to inquire about availability. If the villa is available for your requested rental period, we will prepare a long-term rental agreement and request a security deposit equal to one month’s rent.

Prior to check-in, we will send you an invoice for the first month’s rent. Thereafter, invoices are issued on the 23rd of each month for the following month’s rent.

Each month, you will also pay an estimated advance for water and electricity. This amount is periodically compared with your actual usage and any difference will either be charged or credited accordingly.

At check-in, we will make a video of the property to document its condition at the start of your stay. This allows us to fairly assess any potential damages at the end of the rental period. We will then show you around the villa, explain any useful tips, practical information, and house rules, hand over the keys, and wish you a very pleasant stay.

At check-out, we will walk through the property together to confirm that everything has been left in good condition. After your departure, the villa will be professionally cleaned. Your security deposit will then be refunded, minus the applicable cleaning costs and any other charges that may be due.

Our property manager is available to assist you with any questions. You can reach out to us via call, emial, or WhatsApp. Once your stay is confirmed, we’ll provide you with direct contact information for your dedicated property manager. 

To ensure a pleasant experience for all, we ask that guests observe a few simple guidelines. Occupancy limits for each villa are noted on our website, and guests should confirm in advance if they wish to bring pets, as pet policies vary by property.

For the comfort of our guests and neighbors, we observe quiet hours beginning around 10 p.m. This helps to create a peaceful environment for everyone. Our team is happy to discuss any special requests or needs before your stay to ensure we accommodate them to the best of our ability.
